Price Match Guarantee Requirements

To qualify for a price match offer, your product must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must not be on discount at the retailer being used for price match. This includes any clearance, closeout or general discounts
  • A price match quote can not be combined with an Arcanum Sports discount code
  • Sometimes we include shipping costs in the price of the product, if the retailer excludes shipping from their cost, we can only price match their price plus shipping total cost.
  • Some retailers display costs without VAT, we will only price match prices that have included VAT
  • The customer must provide proof of this product at a lower price with a link to the price or screenshot of the product
  • The product being used to price match must be identical to the product sold at Arcanum Sports
  • Price matching excludes discounts that are gained through any membership or loyalty programs
  • Only retailers within the UK can be used for a price match quotes
