What countries do you ship to?

  • Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. However, we have plans for future international expansion to serve customers in other countries.

What is your return/exchange policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information see here

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times for orders can vary based on the specific products you've selected. For accurate information regarding order timelines, please refer to the individual product pages or contact us for more information.

Shipping times are between 2-7 working days and there is up to 1 working day processing time depending on time of day an order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods to ensure that shopping with us is both convenient and secure.

How can I track my order?

Currently, we are unable to offer order tracking on a majority of our products for the near future.

If this is something that is important to you however, get in touch here and we'd love to try and put something in place.

What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?

If the unthinkable does happen and a shipment is delivered faulty or not in desired condition, please get in touch as soon as possible using this link.

What is your policy on out-of-stock items?

Due to the nature of our products, it isn't uncommon for some items to be out of stock at a given time.
